Sofía (Lima, 1989) is a Reiki Master, Intuitive Healer, and spiritual guide whose work is deeply influenced by her Peruvian roots and a family lineage of natural healers. With a background in Anthropology and years of experience working with native communities, her path weaves together cultural awareness, subtle energy work, and intuitive guidance.
Her journey began with a lifelong sensitivity to people and energy. After immersing herself in crystals, meditation, and yoga, she received her first Reiki attunement in the Sacred Valley (Cusco, Peru) —a turning point that awakened her true calling.
Today, Sofía is a Reiki Master and Intuitive Energy Healer, trained in both Peru and the UK. She works with Traditional Usui Reiki, Archangelic Reiki, Vocal Reiki, and Jikiden Reiki. She is also a certified Crystal Therapist and Sound Healer. Through her intuitive abilities, she channels messages during sessions that offer guidance, clarity, and deep soul-level alignment.
Sofía also teaches Traditional Usui Reiki in both English and Spanish, sharing this practice with those who feel called to connect with energy healing.
She currently lives between Lima (Peru) and Bournemouth (UK), offering both in-person and remote sessions and courses for clients worldwide.

Since 2017, Sofía has been creating unique, handcrafted jewellery using silver, brass, copper, and german silver. Her deep connection with crystals began through this creative process — a path that eventually opened the door to holistic therapies and energy healing.
